• Promotion is only open to customers who receive the promotion sms message from Borneo Motors.
• Promotion is applicable to Lexus passenger cars owners/drivers who successfully made the booking with a valid promo code <LDEAL>.
• Promotion is not applicable to 1K and 5K servicing customers.
• Redemption period (Appointment date) is between 11 Feb to 30 Apr 2022 (Weekday Only, both dates inclusive).
• Promotion may not be applicable upon cancellation or reschedule of appointment.
• E-Voucher must be utilized within six (6) months from date of issuance.
• E-Voucher is only applicable to be used for cash-paying servicing, regular price products, repairs, and any ala carte purchase at the Retail store.
• E-Voucher is not applicable for purchase of pre-paid packages, vehicle under CMP program, free servicing, factory, EW repair and insurance claims.
• E-Voucher is not exchangeable for cash and any unused balance will not be refunded.
• E-Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, discounts, rebates, vouchers, privileges, or promotions.
• 90 days back guarantee and free labour charges will only be applicable for repairs only and not applicable to the following:
  i. Engine Overhaul
  ii. Gearbox Overhaul
  iii. Balancer shaft replacement
  iv. Evaporator Coils replacement
